When capacity increase request is approved, the approved additional storage capacity can be used. Expiration date extension is a request for extension of the expiration date in monthly units. When the expiration date extension is approved, service can be used for the additional number of months approved for extension. In case user has requested an expiration date extension during service suspension status, the expiration date will be extended for the number of months applied for from the date of approval. 2.
