[. . . ] Place the aerial on or near to the TV and/or radio and/or set top box (DTT receiver). [. . . ] Operation In order to get the best possible picture and sound, please proceed as follows: 1. VHF/FM analogue reception: Select a VHF TV channel on your TV or a FM audio channel on your radio and try various angles and lengths of the telescopic VHF Antennas until you get the best reception. UHF analogue reception: Select an UHF TV channel on your TV or a DAB FM audio channel on your radio and try various rotation angles and tilts of the ring UHF Antenna until you get the best reception. ­ Optimize sound and picture by turning the Gain Control of the amplifier. When snow or rolls appear on the TV screen the received signal might be too strong. Then please adjust the signal with the Gain Control until the distortions disappear. [. . . ] In order to switch power off turn Gain Control & ON/OFF switch anti-clockwise to OFF. [. . . ]
