Hold down BEAT SELECT and turn the jog dial (or press BEAT SELECT +/­ on the remote) to select the pattern you desire. When the APPLAUSE MIX function is selected, you will not hear the drum beat during the applause. Press BEAT ON/OFF to make sure the indicator is off, then start playing a source.
