If you have any doubts about the ability of the wall to support the monitor, contact Sanus Systems Customer Service, or a qualified contractor. EN CAUTION: Do not use this product for any purpose not explicitly specified by Sanus Systems. [. . . ] EN OPT For monitors weighing less than 80lbs, remove the spring from OPT under the bracket cover. Mounting TV with a flat back EN Determine the diameter of the Screw your TV requires by hand threading them into the threaded insert on the back of the TV. 4-1 For Monitors with a Curved Back or Obstruction Use washer [30] with M4 or M5 hardware only. The optional Optical Trigger cable [06], when connected to your television's optical output, senses when the monitor is turned on or off. When the monitor is turned on, the LMT15 tilts the monitor to the preset position. When the monitor is turned off, the LMT15 retracts the monitor to the home position. Tilt Settings Install the Preset Tool in the UP position to keep your television parallel with the wall, in the P1 opening to set 5o of tilt, and in the P2 opening for 9o of tilt. C Press the reset buttom twice within 1 second to restore factory settings. Possible cause: The mounting system relies on the weight of the TV to tilt down the TV. Check to see if there is any foreign object such as wire and cable stopping the TV from tilting down. Possible cause: Check to see if a foreign object is impeding the TV from moving upwards. Possible cause: The weight of the TV may exceed the maximum weight limitation of the mounting system. If the TV weight exceeds the maximum TV weight, then do NOT use this product to support the overweight TV. TV does not automatically tilt down and up when the TV is turned ON and OFF: a.
