[. . . ] To ensure the precise timing of the music data flow from your OPUS library into the DAC, the OPUS uses a high-end TI DIR9001 Digital Audio Receiver and a separate temperature-compensated crystal oscillator. The resulting ultra low jitter performance of 10 ps (after reclocking) virtually eliminates jitter, which causes so many digital audio devices to sound unnatural and harsh.
