[. . . ] The main pole is fully adjustable from 1. 7 meter (5' 7") to 3. 1 meter (10' 2") between the floor and the ceiling of your room. And the top rubber cup is spring loaded so you can install BIKE TOWER 5 at anywhere you need without any tool. IMPORTANT NOTES · Please read this instructions manual carefully before use. [. . . ] Overtightening the bolt on the Pole Joint may cause the plastic Main Pole break. Make sure the pole joint bolt is snug and that the joint will not move. 2. B) - Page 2 - Setting Up The Bike Cradle Alloy Stay 1 2 Install the Cradle Hook behind the Alloy Stay. C) Adjust the distance and angle of the hooks to suit the bike frame. Place the Angle Adjust Plate onto the Lower Support, then put the Alloy Stay on it. Fix these three parts firmly with the supplied M6x20 bolt in the upper hole. D) Screw the supplied M6x15 bolt in the lower hole, but you don't need to tighten it so firmly at this moment. M6x20 bolt Cradle Hook (Fig. C) M6x15 bolt 3 Disassemble the supplied stainless band clip by removing the bolt. the gap between another end and the Rectangle (not square) Nut. (Fig. D) Wind the Stainless Band around the pole, insert the end of band into Stainless Band Plastic Bracket Holding it in place, put the Plastic Bracket and assembled bike cradle together, then tighten them down with the bolt you removed earlier. E) ! The Stainless Band must ONLY be used on the upper side of the bike cradle. E) Stainless Band Assy ! Tighten the bolt on the Stainless Band firmly. [. . . ] If you had removed the nut, make sure the nut direction that the longer side must be vertical. If you see there is some space between the nut and the stainless band, the direction is wrong.
