FALSE Indicates the RV-8 will not transmit any positive Acknowledge Notification messages. The RV-8 will always transmit NAK error notification messages.

Description The user mute state is set to unmuted. The system volume decrements by the specified user amount as set in the OUTPUT LEVELS Menu. The system is fully muted.

The RV-8 will set the mute state according to the value transmitted. The RV-8 may still be full muted if other conditions require the audio path to be muted. This is only a direct access to the user mute state.
7. 3. 11. 4 Data Validation The data value transmitted to the RV-8 will be verified as a valid value. If it is valid the RV-8 will set/clear the mute and respond with an ACK Packet. If the data value is invalid the RV-8 will respond with a DC_INVALID_DATA error NAK.
7. 3. 12 Send Display String Command This command allows the Host to send a 40-character string to the RV-8 for display on the OSD and Front Panel Display.
