Add the ingredients: l egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of French mustard, ½ tablespoon each of wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour in about 1 tablespoon of oil, process briefly then add the rest of the oil and process continuously for about 20 to 30 seconds. Traditional Mayonnaise Use the above recipe, replacing mustard with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Pancake mix For 12/3 cups of mix: 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, ½ teaspoon of table salt, 2/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon of oil.
