[. . . ] -You hear confirmation tone. -- When you hear 2 cycles of internal ringing signal, the line is free. If someone else has "booked" the line, you will hear the blocking tone, and the feature is not available. B 5. 11 Notification of available internal line, /call back when free. When you want to make an internal call, and the extension is busy, you can ask the PABX to notify you when the line becomes available. -You hear confirmation tone. When the called extension is free, a ringing signal is heard on your telephone. If you do not answer after two ringing sequences, the service is cancelled. If you answer, a new ringing signal is automatically received at the previous busy extension. When the call is answered, the conversation is established. A conference call (3-party conference) can be established in two ways: a) b) Between one external + two internal participants, or Between 3 internal participants. The procedure is : You set up the external /internal call first, or have already a conversation. The called extension (nn) receives the external ringing signal if the conference is external. When the extension is answered, the conference is established. B 5. 13 To turn the external ringing signal OFF/ON. It is possible to temporarily turn the ringing signal off or on by a simple procedure on each telephoneset, without programming. -You hear the confirmation tone. B 5. 14 Call diversion. It is possible to temporarily divert all calls to your extension to another extension. The calls are diverted to the extension where the feature is selected. External calls which have been transferred to you from another extension will also be signalled at the diverted extension. nn= extension number. When the diversion feature is not wanted any more, the original ringing station is selected by repeating the service code above on your own extension. You are attending a meeting, and want to divert your calls to this other room. Please remember to divert the call back to your own extension, using the same service code. There is no warning tone at your extension number to indicate that the extension has been diverted. If you suspect that your extension has been diverted by accident, or by someone else, please dial the service code above. Warning!
