Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.
[. . . ] The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused to the equipment as a result of running it dry. Any errors made in following the safety regulations and instructions may result in an electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Keep all safety regulations and instructions in a safe place for future use. In stagnant water bodies, garden ponds, swimming ponds and their surrounding areas the unit may only be used with an earth-leakage circuit breaker with an actuating rated current of up to 30 mA (according to VDE 0100 Part 702 and 738). [. . . ] 3/4") must be connected to the 1" female thread discharge line connector of the equipment either directly or with the aid of a threaded nipple. With the right couplings it is also possible, of course, to use a 1/2" delivery hose. During the priming operation, fully open any shut-off mechanisms (spray nozzles, valves, etc. ) in the pressure line so that the air can escape without obstruction. The pump is switched off automatically by the thermostat if overheating occurs and is switched on again automatically after cooling. If the automatic domestic water system is connected directly to a pressurized water line, the pump simply needs to be switched on. The pump then starts running automatically when the water tap or spray nozzle is opened and stops automatically when the tap or nozzle is closed. The automatic domestic water system switches off only if the water flow is stopped 100 percent. The intake process starts automatically; water can be suctioned in for up to 5 minutes (maximum suction height). All operating states are indicated by LEDs on the front of the equipment. The green (Power) and yellow (On) diodes illuminate as soon as the equipment is connected to the power supply. The pump runs for a few seconds to fill the delivery system with water and establish the required pressure. The initial intake process can last 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the suction height and volume of air in the intake line. Once the water has been suctioned in successfully, the Reset button can be released. The equipment switches off the pump automatically when the maximum pressure is reached. If a temporary power failure is experienced, the automatic domestic water system switches back automatically as soon as the mains voltage is reapplied. Other problems such as a lack of water and a clogged discharge line are indicated by the red diode (Failure), which triggers a fault message and an emergency stop of the pump to prevent the pump from running dry. After the fault has been rectified, the Restart button must be pressed until the system reaches its normal operating state. If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its aftersales service or similarly trained personnel to avoid danger. In order to ensure a long service life, however, we recommend that you regularly check and care for the product. The equipment must be disconnected from the power supply (pull the power plug) prior to performing any maintenance. 1 Servicing If the equipment becomes clogged, connect the discharge line to the water line and disconnect the suction hose.
