Aquasensor The Aquasensor is an optical measuring device with which the cloudiness of the water in the dishwasher is measured. A photoelectric sensor is used to detect the degree of soiling in the water, caused by dissolved food particles such as egg, fat and rolled oats, etc. The Aquasensor functions during all programmes that include a pre-rinse cycle. If the water is still "clean" at the end of the pre-rinse cycle, then the same water is used for the following wash cycle. If the water is dirty, it is pumped out of the dishwasher and replaced by fresh water. 4 litres when the dishes are only "slightly" dirty. Switching the dishwasher OFF Several minutes after the programme has ended: Open the door when the programme has ended. Intensive drying If the "Intensive drying" function is activated, the temperature of the final rinse is increased in all programmes and you will therefore receive an improved drying result. (Note the higher temperature may not be suitable for fragile utensils. ) Hold down the programme button A and switch on the main switch. Switch off the main switch 1 ; the setting is stored. Programming the timer You can delay the start of a programme in increments of one hour for up to 19 hours. Press the TIMER button as many times as necessary until the numerical display shows the required delay. To erase the time delay setting, keep pressing the TIMER button until appears in the numerical display.
