Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Working safely with this machine is possible only when the operating and safety information are read completely and the instructions contained therein are strictly followed. In addition, the general safety notes in the enclosed booklet must be observed. S If the mains cable is damaged or cut through while working, do not touch the cable but immediately pull the mains plug. [. . . ] The machine is equipped with 2 sanding sheets that can be changed individually depending on the condition of wear. Position the sanding sheet flush on one side of the sanding plate; attach the sanding sheet and press against the sanding plate with a light turning motion in clockwise direction. Attachment and removal of all sanding accessories is carried out in the same manner as when replacing the sanding plate. Using the detail-sanding attachment 11 enables the sanding of hard to reach areas, such as window sills or thin lamellar plates of cabinets and doors. Additionally, it can also be fitted on the top side with a Velcro backing 13 for attaching sanding sheets 12. The oval sanding tongue 15 is already equipped with Velcro backing on both sides, which also allows for double-sided fitting of sanding sheets 12. This is especially convenient for sanding curves and hollow spaces or arched surfaces as can be found on furniture, banisters or radiators. The dust that is produced while working can be detrimental to health, inflammable or explosive. Always keep the workplace clean, as blends of materials are particularly dangerous. For precise on-the-spot sanding of corners, edges and hard to reach areas, working is possible only with the tip or an edge of the sanding plate. Only flawless sanding sheets achieve good sanding capacity and make the machine last longer. Pay attention to apply uniform sanding pressure; this increases the working life of the sanding sheets. Intensifying the sanding pressure does not lead to an increase of the sanding capacity, but to increased wear of the machine and the sanding tools. A sanding sheet that has been used for metal should not be used for other materials. Attaching the dust box: Attach the dust box 1 against the outlet piece 6 and engage it. Emptying the dust box: Actuate the latching lever 9 and pull off the dust box 1 toward the bottom. Before opening the dust box 1, it is recommended to loosen the dust from the filter element by gently striking it against a firm support. Fold the filter element (micro filtersystem) 10 away to the top and empty the dust box. [. . . ] Recycle raw materials instead of disposing as waste The machine, accessories and packaging should be sorted for environmental-friendly recycling. These instructions are printed on recycled paper manufactured without chlorine. Exploded views and information on spare parts can be found under: www. [. . . ]
